The principal function of Food Safety Ireland is to teach all the steps to ensure the correct training for food produced, distributed or marketed in Ireland and Northern Ireland. We teach your employee's On-Site to meet the highest standards of food safety and hygiene reasonably available. All food businesses in both Northern Ireland and Ireland are required by law to have a food safety management system in place thast is based on the principles of HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point). The HACCP system allows you to identify and control any hazards that could pose a danger to the preparation of safe food. It also involves identifying what can go wrong and helps planning to prevent it and makes sure you are doing it correctly. HACCP is a legal requirement that benefits your business.
